NOLA – Nomadic Luxury Villas is a sustainable complex of luxury villas in Gouves where guests can make the most of its serene location, garden and barbecue facilities. With both mountain and seaviews, each villa offers a private swimming pool and sea views. The villas provide rooms with air conditioning, free private parking, and free Wifi. The villas provide guests with a private terrace, sea views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster, and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the villa complex, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Baby Cots are provided free of charge for infants 0-3 years old [upon request / subject to availability].
• Infants up to 3 years of age [2.99 yo] stay free when using existing bedding.
• Children 3 years of age and older are charged normally as extra guests.
• If your child / children is up to 2.99 years old please complete the infant box in the availability search bar.
• If your child / children is 3 years of age or older please complete the children box in the availability search bar.

PAYMENT POLICY

This reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card. At the time of the booking, 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged as a refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the customer’s credit card limit and will be debited from the room total cost. The remainder will be paid at the property. Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation as well as an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the property. Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash. If the reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation period the deposit will be refunded to the cardholder within 1-3 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled up to 15 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fees will be charged and your deposit will be refunded to you within 1-3 working days.
• If cancelled 14 days or less before the date of arrival; 30% of the stay’s total amount will be charged.
• If the reservation is cancelled on day 0 [check-in date] and in cases of no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged as a cancellation fee
• In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
